About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to partner with RevOps as the marketing specialist, establishing the foundations for how marketing systems, data standards, and reporting are structured and maintained to enable demand generation at scale.

This role acts as the marketing intelligence layer, monitoring funnel performance across marketing data and platforms to surface early signals and identify anomalies, trends, and issues that may impact results. Technically minded, the Marketing Operations Manager drives continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled approaches across the marketing team, improving operational efficiency, execution quality, and decision-making across the wider function.

What you'll be doing

• Establish and maintain strong data foundations, ensuring clean structures, reliable tracking, and consistent measurement across all marketing activity

• Own and optimise marketing systems (e.g. HubSpot and supporting tools), building scalable frameworks for campaign tracking, lifecycle management, and lead flow in partnership with RevOps

• Develop and operationalise lead and account scoring models to prioritise high-value opportunities

• Build the intelligence layer that translates scoring and engagement signals into timely sales engagement and high-quality handoffs

• Create and monitor performance dashboards across funnel conversion and campaign effectiveness, surfacing trends, risks, and leakage points to drive continuous improvement

• Drive automation and AI-enabled approaches across marketing operations to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and continuously enhance workflows and execution quality

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ experience in Marketing Operations, having worked with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms in B2B SaaS

• Ability to define what needs to be built based on best practice and then deliver it through full operational implementation

• Deep understanding of CRM data structures, lifecycle design, and funnel management

• Experience supporting complex B2B funnels in enterprise SaaS environments

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on systems thinking, data quality, and operational rigour

Big Plus Points

• Experience scaling marketing operations in high-growth SaaS environments

• Experience working closely with RevOps in structured GTM organisations

• Hands-on experience with attribution models and marketing performance frameworks

• Experience implementing automation and AI-enabled workflows across marketing or revenue operations

What Success Looks Like

• A well-structured marketing operation with clear data standards and governance
• Accurate and consistent visibility across MQA → SQL → pipeline stages
• High data integrity across CRM, routing, and reporting systems
• Early detection of funnel issues and performance risks before they impact pipeline outcomes
• Clear, trusted visibility into marketing performance for leadership decision-making
• Reduced friction in funnel handoffs due to clean operational design
• Increased automation and reduced manual effort across marketing operations
• A strong intelligence layer that improves decision-making across marketing
