Responsibilities
As Senior Product Manager, you will contribute to the definition and execution of the strategy to establish Workato as the enterprise leader in Agentic AI and Search. You will perform competitive analysis and market research to define the product roadmap and requirements. You will work closely with development and other stakeholders to deliver and launch the product and ensure that customers are successfully deploying it and realizing value from it.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:

Own the full product lifecycle for Agentic AI applications—from ideation and definition through launch, iteration, and growth.

Identify and prioritize high-impact problems by deeply understanding user needs, emerging AI capabilities, and business objectives.

Translate ambiguous goals into clear, actionable product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, AI research, UX, legal, and go-to-market (GTM) teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.

Partner with GTM and Customer Success to support customer onboarding, ensure adoption, and accelerate time-to-first-value.

Track market trends and competitive dynamics, proactively evaluating their impact on the product and informing Workato’s overall SWOT strategy.

Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, identifying opportunities to leverage cutting-edge models, frameworks, and architectures (e.g., LLM orchestration, RAG, memory, planning).

Champion responsible AI principles, embedding privacy, safety, and user trust into the product development lifecycle.

Measure product performance through metrics, experimentation, and iteration—tracking engagement, task success, latency, and cost efficiency of AI usage.

Communicate product vision and progress effectively to stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Soft Skills
Leadership & Product Management

3+ years of product management experience in SaaS environments, ideally focused on IT, Sales, or Customer Support products.

Proven track record of shipping and scaling products with clear, measurable business impact.

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing product strategy in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
-
Deep empathy for customer pain points, workflows, and success metrics.
Agentic AI Experience
-
Strong understanding of the Agentic AI landscape, with insight into which workflows and tasks benefit most from autonomous agents.
-
Familiarity with concepts such as tool use, long-term memory, orchestration, and planning in AI agents.
-
Direct experience building AI agents is a plus, but not required.
Market-Centric Execution

Ability to deeply understand and synthesize customer workflows, business context, and unmet needs.

Skilled in identifying opportunities for differentiation and value creation within competitive and emerging markets.

Proven ability to convert complex business requirements into intuitive, user-focused product capabilities.

Collaborates effectively with engineering, UX, security, legal, and GTM teams to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.
