Junior Solution Engineer (Onboarding & PoCs)

WINN.AI is skyrocketing, and we’re looking for a sharp, driven Junior Solution Engineer to help customers win fast. You’ll lead PoCs, onboard new users, solve problems on the fly, and work across Product, Sales, and CS to deliver an amazing experience.

US-time-zone availability required.

What You’ll Do

• Run PoCs from end to end—track progress, coordinate teams, and keep momentum high.
• Get users set up fast with clear guidance, smart troubleshooting, and hands-on support.
• Translate technical concepts into simple steps and surface insights to internal teams.
• Gather customer feedback and help build killer playbooks and best practices.
• Jump in wherever needed. Move fast. Own outcomes.
