The role includes daily office operations, handling invoices and payments, overseeing employee welfare activities, and supporting early-stage recruitment processes.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and serve as the go-to person for all administrative needs
- Maintain a pleasant, well-organized, and productive work environment
- Handle office expenses: manage invoices, process supplier payments, issue invoices to clients, and track collections
- Lead employee engagement and welfare activities such as happy hours, company events, holiday gifts, and more
- Support initial stages of recruitment: scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, assisting the recruitment process
- Assist with employee onboarding and take part in internal communication and company culture initiatives
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role – a must
- Fluent in Hebrew and English – strong verbal and written communication
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong multitasking capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, independence, and a proactive “can-do” attitude
- Previous experience in a startup environment – an advantage
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR processes – an advantage
- Experience with HR tools like HiBob, Commit, or similar – an advantage
