We’re looking for a self-driven, experienced RevOps professional to take full ownership of our GTM operations and reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

WINN.AI is a startup building an AI-powered assistant for customer-facing teams. We operate in a fast-evolving category, with rapidly changing business and technological challenges. WINN is well-funded and backed by leading VCs.

Your role:

Your mission is to build and optimize our revenue operations infrastructure, ensuring that our GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, and CS) have the systems, automation, and data they need to scale efficiently.

You will own the tech stack, processes, automation, and reporting that drive revenue growth, working closely with leadership to create a data-driven, high-efficiency GTM engine.

Some of the key initiatives you’ll be responsible for include:

  • Evaluating, implementing & managing our GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RB2B, and new tools like UserGems & Clay).
  • Supporting GTM teams with the operational infrastructure and workflows they need to accelerate pipeline and revenue.
  • Designing and maintaining dashboards & analytics to track key revenue metrics and improve decision-making and leads & deals conversion rates.
  • Implementing WINN’s solution internally, to ensure state-of-the-art efficiency & CRM data hygiene.

Your experience & skills

  • 3-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated success in building and optimizing GTM systems & processes.
  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot and other revenue tools (Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enrichment providers, automation tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, forecasting, and revenue analytics.
  • Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude and a record of excellence.
  • Ability to work hands-on while also developing long-term scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience working closely with GTM teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, attribution modeling, and sales process optimization.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and embrace technology transitions.
