WINN.AI is looking for an experienced Product Designer to join its product team.

This role is a single Product Designer role, reporting to the company’s director of product with a vast responsibility for the full cycle of product design (research, UX, prototyping, user testing, UI, working with engineering team, evaluating results). In addition to the main Product Design responsibilities, the role also includes responsibility for marketing design (Marketing content, website, etc). It’s roughly 80% Product and 20% Marketing, but with such a product and such a brand, it’s 100% fun!

The company resides in Ramat Gan (Ha’Bursa, 5 min from Savidor) and works on a hybrid mode (3 office days, 2 remote optional days).

The role requires 3-5 years of experience of relevant products, passion about users and delight user experience that boost value and engagement, agility and fast pace mentality.

We are looking for a Product Designer that will own the full design cycle:

• Inspiration and research
• User experience specifications
• User interviews
• Prototyping
• User Testing
• Detailed UI design for engineering
• Cycles with engineering
• Closing the loop with actual results

In addition to the main Product Design responsibilities (expected to be 80% of your time), there will be additional responsibilities on marketing design (if you’ve encountered our brand, you know it’s fun).

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as UI/UX designer in B2B SaaS
• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in designing user interfaces that allow users to easily understand, update and behave as expected
• Experience in full cycle design including working closely with engineering team
• Extensive experience with Figma
• Experience working with design system and story books
• Team player who knows how to collaborate and brainstorm
• Ability to communicate well in English (both written and spoken)
• Embrace agility and fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio of product design
• Experience working with Adobe products: Xd, illustrator and photoshop
• Experience working as a solo designer – advantage
• Experience with marketing design – advantage
• Experience with sales/revenue tools – advantage
