You will play a key role in driving product adoption and expanding our footprint by ensuring customers fully utilize their licenses and experience the transformative impact of Winn.ai's innovative AI-driven assistant. This role is critical in helping our customers realize the full potential of their WINN investment.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the single point of customer accountability responsible for orchestration of all success deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion.
- Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with the customer’s sales and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers within customer organizations that have purchased WINN.
- Partner with customers at all levels of their organization, from C-suite executives to individual contributors, to understand their challenges and provide tailored guidance on leveraging Winn.ai to achieve their business objectives.
- Drive product adoption and license utilization, ensuring customers experience the transformative impact of our AI-powered assistant and realize the full value of their investment.
- Conduct regular business reviews, share best practices, and provide data-driven insights and proactive guidance on Winn's features to optimize customer performance.
- Act as a customer advocate internally, collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams to continuously improve the Winn.ai experience and address customer feedback.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary and advocating for customers to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruption.
Who you are:
- 3-5 years of Experience in customer success, providing customer professional services, or other client-facing role within the SaaS or technology industry, including experience managing enterprise customers.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for customer success and a deep understanding of the sales process, including the challenges and opportunities faced by sales teams.
- Skills for both analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms and for mapping business requirements into technical features.
- Experience leading efforts of cross-functional teams to facilitate resolution or disposition of customer needs or projects.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technical concepts related to AI-driven tools, particularly in the context of sales enablement.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with customers, acting as a strategic partner in their success.
Advantage: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and experience working with Enterprise-level customers.
Location: Canada & US (East Coast preferred).
The CSM may be required for occasional travel to customer sites.
