What You'll Do
CoreWeave’s Talent Acquisition team drives the global growth of our cloud infrastructure platform by attracting, engaging, and hiring world-class technical talent. We build data-driven sourcing strategies and seamless candidate journeys to scale high-performing engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams across international markets.
About The Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter Contractor, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for critical technical roles across our growing organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate talent needs, define role requirements, and build robust pipelines across specialized technical domains such as Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Hardware, Fleet Reliability, and Software Engineering. In this high-impact contract position, you will drive candidate engagement, screen for technical alignment, coordinate complex technical assessments, and navigate offers and salary negotiations. Additionally, you will advise interview panels on hiring best practices, maintain accurate ATS data and recruitment analytics, and optimize sourcing strategies to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The base salary range for this role is SGD 144,000 to SGD 193,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter or similar Talent Acquisition role, with a proven track record of recruiting specialized technical profiles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Hardware, Solutions Architects).
- Strong technical literacy with a deep understanding of engineering roles, tech stacks, and industry tools (e.g., Python, Linux, GPUs, Kubernetes, Observability, Cloud & Storage).
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights).
- Proven capability to source high-caliber candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.) and manage multiple complex hiring pipelines simultaneously.
- Skilled in candidate evaluation, initial technical screening, and collaborating effectively with engineering panels on assessment structures.
- Strong negotiation and offer-management skills, with a track record of successfully communicating total rewards packages to candidates.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
