Post-Sales Solutions Architect

As a Post-Sales Solutions Architect, you will be the bridge between our technology and our customers’ success. After the sales handoff, you will own the technical relationship, ensuring smooth onboarding, successful integration, and ongoing solution optimization. You will work directly with product managers, engineers, and data analysts at customer organizations to design analytics solutions that deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer data architecture, KPIs, and analytics goals.
- Design and document implementation plans, including data schema mapping, event tracking plans, and integration workflows.
- Guide customers through instrumentation and data ingestion.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure timelines, milestones, and success metrics are met.
Technical Solution Design
- Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions using Kubit’s capabilities.
- Configure data pipelines, event taxonomies, and segmentation logic.
Advise on best practices for data governance, event naming conventions, and data quality monitoring.
Ongoing Support & Optimization
- Conduct solution audits to identify gaps, redundant tracking, or performance issues.
- Recommend advanced features (cohort analysis, funnels, retention metrics, A/B testing) based on customer maturity.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, liaising with product and engineering teams when needed.
Strategic Advisory
- Educate customers on data warehouse fundamentals and best practices to ensure scalability and performance.
- Provide guidance on data model design, KPI measurement, and interpretation of analytics results.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to help customers expand their use of Kubit.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of data analytics concepts: events, properties, funnels, cohorts, retention.
- Deep expertise with SQL and data warehouse architecture (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
Customer-Facing Skills:
- Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in post-sales, solutions architecture, implementation consulting, or technical account management.
Domain Knowledge:
- Experience with product analytics data or large volume behavioral datasets preferred.
- Understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Previous experience at a SaaS company in the analytics or martech space.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (Segment, RudderStack) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Mode).
