How will you make an impact?

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role expectations, interview processes, and hiring priorities.
  • Support onboarding coordination for new hires and help ensure a smooth hiring and integration experience.
  • Assist with People-related processes, documentation, and internal coordination activities when needed.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Collaborate on internal People initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization while maintaining a high-quality employee and candidate experience.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team in Braga.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments and wants to build broad experience across People & Culture while having Talent Acquisition as a core part of their day-to-day responsibilities.

You’ll work closely with managers, employees, and the People team to support hiring efforts, team growth, and key People initiatives in a tech environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated by both people interactions and operational impact.

Requirements

What is needed to succeed?

  • +3 years in Talent Acquisition in tech
  • Comfortable using ATS platforms, HR systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with the team.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to onboarding, internal initiatives, or People-related projects.
