What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People & Culture team in Braga.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about Talent Acquisition, eager to learn about the employee journey, and excited to contribute to a dynamic, global tech environment.
You’ll work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, while gaining hands-on experience in how a fast-scaling, international company manages and develops its people.
How will you make an impact?
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking platforms.
- Help coordinate and improve the onboarding experience for new hires.
- Support HR documentation, employee records, and data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist in contract preparation, updates, and compliance tasks.
- Contribute to HR reports and internal communication materials.
- Collaborate on internal initiatives such as team events, and well-being programs.
- Support internal communication and employer branding activities.
- Bring fresh ideas to strengthen employee experience and inclusion.
Requirements
What is needed to succeed?
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People & Culture.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Comfortable using MS Office tools.
- Eligibility for an IEFP internship (mandatory requirement).
- A proactive, positive attitude and genuine curiosity to learn and grow.
