We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across the Americas region. In this role, you will design and run multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate measurable pipeline impact.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, SDRs, Portfolio Marketing, Operations, and external partners to deliver high-impact programs aligned with business objectives. Success requires a balance of creativity, analytical rigor, and digital marketing expertise: developing compelling campaign strategies and content, engaging technical and business audiences, and tracking performance through to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Accepted Leads (SALs), and pipeline contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across organic and paid digital, content syndication, ABM, and field amplification to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Design and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs tailored to high-value target accounts and strategic segments, leveraging personalized content, digital tactics, direct mail, and coordinated Sales/SDR outreach.
- Define email nurture programs that guide prospects through the buyer journey, accelerate lead qualification, and support pipeline conversion through behavior-based triggers.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing and Communications to leverage global assets, messaging, and campaigns, adapting them for the Americas market.
- Partner with Regional Marketing Managers, Sales, and SDRs to understand pipeline needs and conversion trends, ensuring marketing campaigns align with target accounts and segments.
- Conducting market research and analyzing consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviors.
- Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance across the funnel.
- Analyze data from A/B tests, nurture streams, and digital platforms to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
- Deliver campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting MQL quality, SAL conversion, pipeline contribution, and regional performance trends.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement, leveraging both human insights and AI optimization engines. Use data to provide actionable insights to both internal stakeholders and agency optimization engines.
Requirements
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B campaign management or demand generation, ideally in cybersecurity or complex technical solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and measurable ROI.
- Experience partnering with Sales and SDRs, with a solid understanding of lead qualification and pipeline metrics.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to understand cybersecurity solutions and translate technical capabilities into compelling messaging focused on pain points, use cases, and solution value for both technical and business audiences.
- Strong grasp of paid media channels and platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, retargeting, ABA), content syndication, and lead nurturing tactics.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), reporting tools (e.g., Sisense), and ABA platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide strategic direction to both AI systems and human stakeholders.
- Proficient in the use of data to inform strategic decisions, guide AI optimization, and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI, data science or machine learning concepts (technical expertise not required).
- Understanding of Americas market nuances across US, Canada, and Latin America.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret large-scale testing data.
- Excellent collaboration skills for working with both AI platforms and cross-functional teams.
