About the Role:
Are you passionate about turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights? We’re looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology. In this role, you’ll own the development of dashboards and analytics that directly influence CFOs and finance leaders, helping them make smarter, faster decisions.
You’ll start by building in Power BI and expand into Tableau, Excel, and other tools, shaping how financial data is used across the organization. If you have a finance background (CFA or similar) and love solving problems with data, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What you'll do...

Build and maintain dynamic BI dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel that drive executive decision-making.

Integrate financial data from NetSuite ERP and other systems into unified, insightful reports.

Collaborate with finance, product, and engineering teams to enhance analytics and reporting workflows.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning with data-driven insights on profitability, variances, and risk.

Deliver actionable recommendations by blending your financial expertise with technical skills.

Empower finance teams to run their own analysis with self-service tools.

Ensure dashboards are accurate, scalable, and fast, while following best practices for data governance and compliance.
What you will need..

Proven expertise in Power BI (Desktop, Tabular Editor, DAX Studio) and strong skills in Tableau, Python, and SQL.

Experience working with NetSuite ERP or similar enterprise financial systems.

A CFA designation (or in progress), with a strong grasp of financial statements, forecasting, and risk management.

Knowledge of data engineering workflows, ETL processes, and metadata modeling.

Hands-on experience with data warehouses or data lakes.

Excellent communication skills — you can make complex data easy for executives to understand.

A detail-oriented mindset and a passion for driving financial transparency and smarter decision-making.
