About The Role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how our products are positioned, understood, and sold. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this is a highly cross-functional, execution-focused role where you’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Demand Marketing to bring our go-to-market strategies to life.
You’ll own key areas of sales enablement, contribute to product launches, and help translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that drive pipeline and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on- someone who can build, iterate, and scale programs in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute product positioning, messaging, and storytelling across key products and segments
- Drive components of go-to-market strategy for new features, product enhancements, and vertical expansion
- Partner closely with Sales to build and maintain high-impact enablement materials, including pitch decks, competitive intelligence, objection handling, and customer proof points
- Own and manage interactive demo experiences (e.g., Navattic), ensuring they effectively showcase product value and support the sales cycle
- Develop and deliver sales enablement programs, including trainings, playbooks, and ongoing content to improve win rates and deal velocity
- Collaborate with Demand Marketing to align campaigns with product messaging and lifecycle opportunities
- Gather and synthesize insights from Sales, Product, and customers to continuously refine messaging and inform go-to-market strategy
- Support product launches with coordinated plans across marketing and revenue teams
- Contribute to market, customer, and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve content creation, enablement efficiency, and overall marketing effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B fintech, SaaS, or data-driven technology companies
- Demonstrated experience with solution selling methodologies, with the ability to equip sales teams to lead value-based, consultative conversations tied to customer outcomes
- Proven experience supporting product launches and building sales enablement materials that impact revenue
- Strong understanding of financial services, lending, or credit-related technologies is a plus
- Experience working with or managing interactive demo platforms (e.g., Navattic)
- Familiarity with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to apply them to marketing workflows and content development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action, iteration, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
