About Us
Job Description
Associate Vice President – Mortgage Aggregation Channel, Yubi | Dubai, UAE
About the Role
The Associate Vice President, Mortgage Aggregation Channel is responsible for driving mortgage volumes through strategic partnerships with third-party mortgage aggregators — platforms that consolidate multiple lenders for mortgage brokers. The AVP serves as the primary interface between Yubi and its aggregator network, ensuring the institution's mortgage products are well-positioned, prioritised, and effectively distributed to end customers across the UAE.
Channel Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a channel roadmap to meet business volume targets, including identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new aggregator partnerships to expand distribution reach across key UAE markets — including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain senior-level relationships with leadership teams at mortgage aggregator firms and large broker groups operating in the UAE, acting as a trusted long-term partner rather than a transactional contact.
Sales & Pipeline Management Own the end-to-end sales funnel — from lead generation and application submission through to final mortgage disbursal — while maintaining visibility over key performance metrics including conversion rates and Turnaround Time (TAT), in line with UAE Central Bank guidelines.
Partner Enablement Equip aggregator partners with the tools they need to succeed: pitch materials, product FAQs, training programs, and ongoing support to ensure broker networks can confidently sell Yubi's mortgage products to both UAE nationals and expatriate buyers.
Risk & Compliance Monitor application quality across the channel to ensure adherence to credit policies and UAE Central Bank mortgage regulations, including Loan-to-Value (LTV) caps and debt burden ratio (DBR) requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating delinquency or compliance risks.
Market Intelligence Gather and synthesise field insights on competitor pricing, product features, and market trends across the UAE property and mortgage landscape, channelling this feedback to internal product and strategy committees to sharpen Yubi's market positioning.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA.
Experience: Overall Sales experience of 10-12 years with a minimum of 3-5 years in Mortgage Aggregation business, with a demonstrated track record in channel or distribution-led growth within the UAE or broader GCC market.
Technical Knowledge: Strong command of mortgage underwriting, credit analysis frameworks (the 4 Cs: Cash, Credit, Capacity, and Collateral), UAE Central Bank regulations, and RERA guidelines where applicable.
Leadership & Soft Skills: Proven negotiation ability, stakeholder management acumen, and the communication skills to navigate complex, multi-party commercial relationships — with experience working across the UAE's diverse, multicultural business environment.
Additional: Familiarity with the UAE's freehold and leasehold property landscape, and an understanding of mortgage accessibility for both UAE nationals and the expatriate segment, is a strong advantage.
