Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Director – AI Video to own the creative vision, quality, and execution of videos produced on YuVin. This role combines strong creative leadership with hands-on execution, especially in the early stages of AI video template creation.

You will work closely with enterprise clients, internal product and AI teams, and lead a small creative team to deliver videos that are brand-safe, scalable, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Ownership

• Own the end-to-end creative direction for all videos produced on YuVin.
  

• Define creative standards, visual language, tone, and storytelling frameworks.
  

• Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across client videos.
  

Hands-on AI Video Creation

• Design and build initial AI video templates (structure, flow, visual logic, narration style).
  

• Work directly with AI tools (video generation, avatars, voice, scripts) to create production-ready outputs.
  

• Continuously refine prompts, templates, and creative workflows for scale.
  

Client Collaboration

• Work closely with enterprise clients to understand business goals and translate them into compelling video narratives.
  

• Lead creative discussions, present concepts, and iterate based on feedback.
  

• Act as the creative face of YuVin in client engagements.
  

Project & Team Management

• Manage multiple client projects end-to-end—from brief to final delivery.
  

• Guide and mentor designers, video editors, and AI creatives in the team.
  

• Coordinate with product, engineering, and AI teams to align creativity with platform capabilities.
  

Innovation & Experimentation

• Stay on top of emerging AI video trends, tools, and formats.
  

• Experiment with new storytelling formats for personalization, localization, and interactivity.
  

• Push the boundaries of what AI-generated video can do in enterprise use cases.
  

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 7–12 years of experience in video, creative direction, or content production.
  

• Strong portfolio of video-led storytelling (brand, explainer, product, or narrative).
  

• Proven ability to be hands-on, not just directional.
  

• Experience working with clients and managing feedback cycles.
  

• High ownership mindset—comfortable building from scratch.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with AI video, generative tools, or emerging media.
  

• Background in fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or enterprise products.
  

• Understanding of personalization, localization, or performance-driven content.
  

• Prior experience building or scaling creative teams.
