As a Product Operations professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our product development process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to identify and prioritise product requirements, develop and maintain product documentation, and ensure that our products meet customer needs and market requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Operations, or Computer Science.
0 to 2 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and identify trends and patterns.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with product development processes, including Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
Product Requirements Management: Work with product management and engineering teams to identify and prioritise product requirements, and develop and maintain product documentation.
Product Development Support: Provide operational support to product development teams, including project planning, resource allocation, and status reporting.
Product Launch Planning: Assist in planning and executing product launches, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Product Performance Analysis: Analyse product performance data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to product management and engineering teams.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
