Growth & Partnerships Specialist
Location: Dubai
Reports To: VP Sales

We are expanding our presence in the UAE and are looking for a highly motivated Growth & Partnerships Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview:
The Growth & Partnerships Specialist will focus on driving current business opportunities, acquiring new deals under existing clients, and growing the company’s customer base through partnerships. You will be responsible for generating leads, cross-selling and upselling for existing clients, and leading the sales cycle from initial engagement to closing. This role requires a strategic approach to business development, a strong understanding of the data analytics space, and the ability to execute on sales initiatives that lead to measurable growth. This role requires a mix of business development, relationship management, and strategic execution to scale our presence in UAE. You will be at the forefront of building and nurturing partnerships while driving revenue growth through new and existing client acquisition, cross-selling, and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development, Growth & Partnerships:

    • Identify and develop revenue growth under existing business opportunities for data products for both actual revenue and gross margins.

    • Drive revenue growth by building and managing a strong sales pipeline.

    • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from pitching to closing deals.

  • Client & Partnership Engagement, Cross-Selling & Relationship Building:

    • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target industries.

    • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings to introduce the company’s data solutions and value proposition.

    • Understand client pain points and requirements, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.

    • Position the company's data products effectively in the market to attract new clients.

    • Manage relationships with live clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.

    • Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities

    • Lead presentations, solution discussions, and executive-level engagements with partners and clients.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop comprehensive business development plans and sales strategies to meet or exceed new sales targets.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development efforts with go-to-market strategies.

    • Continuously track market trends and competitor activities to position the company’s offerings effectively.

    • Assist in identifying new markets and customer segments for business expansion.

  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

    • Track and manage all sales activities and opportunities in CRM software to ensure an accurate sales pipeline.

    • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on sales performance, opportunities, and forecasts.

    • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and contribute to overall company revenue goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.

    • Work with the product team to understand the latest product offerings and updates, ensuring that the sales pitch reflects the most current solutions.

    • Participate in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documents.

  • Market Research & Lead Generation:

    • Conduct market research to understand emerging industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

    • Use research insights to develop targeted sales outreach and value propositions.

    • Leverage digital marketing tools, social media, and networking to find and connect with potential leads.

  • Sales Target Achievement:

    • Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed the 15M AOP target through strategic planning and execution.

    • Provide accurate and timely updates on sales activities, progress towards targets, and revenue forecasts


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • At least 5+ years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on business development and partnerships and data-driven solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, SaaS, and data products or services.

  • Strong technical & product knowledge on software , database , platforms services

  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads, engaging prospects, and closing new business in a B2B environment.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), sales tools, and collaboration platforms like Jira, Asana, and Slack to manage projects, streamline communication, and enhance team coordination.

  • Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
