YOOBIC is welcoming applications from individuals interested in joining our Customer Implementation team in our Paris office as an intern.
As a team, our mission is to ensure YOOBIC clients are set up for success and maximize the value of the platform from day one. We partner with some of the world's leading retailers and consumer brands to design, configure, and deploy solutions that drive operational excellence across their frontline teams.
We are looking for a highly collaborative and curious individual who enjoys solving business challenges, working with clients, and learning about different industries—from fashion and luxury retail to grocery, pharmacy, and consumer goods.
You will join a dynamic and fast-growing international team that plays a key role in the success of our customers and the growth of YOOBIC. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, consulting, customer success, and SaaS technology while working closely with teams across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
What you'll do
Support the delivery of multiple client implementation projects, helping ensure successful deployments that meet client needs, timelines, and quality standards
Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and contribute to the design and configuration of solutions that maximize the value of the YOOBIC platform
Participate in client workshops, project meetings, and change management activities throughout the implementation journey
Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for client stakeholders
Build strong relationships with clients, proactively support issue resolution, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience
Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Commercial teams, sharing client feedback and market insights to help continuously improve the YOOBIC platform and services

Native-level French and fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence interacting with clients and presenting ideas clearly to different audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
The ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
Curiosity about technology, SaaS solutions, and how businesses operate
Ideally, you are pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
