The Role:
We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to create intuitive experiences across WorkSpan's platform. In this role, you'll own the entire design process from research to implementation, create polished interfaces in Figma, and advocate for user-centered approaches while balancing business needs and technical constraints. Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, you'll translate complex problems into elegant solutions, maintain design consistency, and shape our design system while significantly improving product usability and user satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
● Oversee end-to-end design quality, ensuring consistency and precision across all project deliverables.
● Champion UX principles and methodologies to non-design stakeholders across Product, Business, and Engineering teams.
● Demonstrate comprehensive problem-solving approaches that connect user insights to design solutions.
● Lead discovery research initiatives to validate user needs and identify opportunities.
● Develop information architecture and user flows that address complex business challenges.
● Balance user needs with business objectives and technical limitations to create viable solutions.
● Create intuitive wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma that align with established design systems.
● Design accessible, user-centered experiences that meet the highest industry standards.
● Produce polished UX/UI deliverables that showcase design thinking and creative problem-solving.
● Develop detailed documentation for seamless handoff to engineering teams.
● Monitor implementation throughout development cycles to maintain design integrity.
● Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
● Effectively communicate design decisions using data-driven insights and best UX practices.

Your Qualifications:
● 5+ years of professional UX design experience, with emphasis on B2B SaaS or enterprise applications.
● Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; OR Master's degree (NID, IITs) in a relevant discipline; OR UX certification (Google, HUI, etc.) with 4+ years of hands-on experience.
● Advanced proficiency with Figma as your primary design toolkit.
● Demonstrated experience using AI tools into design processes to boost productivity and deliver innovative user experiences across our products.
● Demonstrated ability to create, iterate, and maintain our WS Enterprise design system which is complex and continuously evolving.
● Expert at crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
● Experience creating comprehensive handoff documentation for engineering implementation.
● Familiarity with complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, or CRM tools is a plus.
● Proven track record conducting user research, usability testing, and implementing data-informed design decisions.
● Experience building and optimizing complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
● Strong ability to map information architecture and user flows for enterprise-level applications.
● Portfolio showcasing thoughtful end-to-end design processes and solutions.
● Excellent cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
● Skilled at communicating UX decisions and best practices through written, verbal, and visual methods.
● Demonstrated ability to advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
● Experience mentoring junior designers and elevating design thinking across teams.
