Description

Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs - serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context.

As we scale globally, our ability to identify and engage exceptional talent around the world is a core strategic advantage. We are building a proactive, always-on global talent engine - one that continuously maps, sources, and builds relationships with outstanding people across 30+ countries.

Role Overview

Wonderful is hiring a Global Talent Scout to help build and maintain a world-class global talent pipeline. This role is responsible for translating dynamic, real-time feedback from Wonderful leadership into targeted sourcing efforts across geographies, functions, and seniority levels.

No prior recruiting, or any other specific, experience is required—we care far more about agency, work ethic, and execution.
