Role Overview
*Location: flexible within the Adriatic region (Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, or Albania).
We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to drive growth across our enterprise portfolio - someone who builds trust with clients, understands their business needs, and turns opportunities into long-term partnerships that shape real transformation.
It’s not about managing accounts, it’s about driving impact — shaping partnerships, influencing strategy, and helping enterprises lead the AI transformation before everyone else does.
- Own and grow strategic accounts - build and manage relationships with Wonderful’s enterprise clients
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers to align Wonderful’s products with Clients' business goals.
- Drive product adoption and maximize client success and satisfaction
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to help improve our product & shape upcoming features
- Turn customer feedback into product direction, influencing roadmap and solution design
- Expand Wonderful’s footprint by opening new doors and landing new enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of Account Management experience in a consumption based company; or
- ~4 years experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-growing startup
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the local market and strong network with enterprise clients.
- Proven sales track record
- Exceptional communication skills, written & spoken
- Experience in a startup in a Hyper-growth stage - a big Plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong strategic thinking and relationship management skills.
