SUMMARY

We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-oriented GTM Excellence Operations Project Manager to join our fast-growing GTM Excellence Operations team. In this role, you’ll help drive operational excellence across our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions by managing internal initiatives, improving processes, and spearheading strategic cross-functional projects. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies and make a lasting impact on how we scale our GTM motion.

You’ll work closely with leaders across Sales, Channels, SE, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Enablement to plan, track, and deliver strategic programs that improve GTM productivity, enable new products, and enhance the customer experience.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves connecting dots across people and systems, and brings a sharp lens to planning, process, and execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Project Management

  • Own the planning and execution of GTM Excellence team’s internal projects, including enablement events, onboarding programs, and tooling & AI initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, and stakeholder alignment for key GTM initiatives (e.g. new product introductions, tools rollouts & updates, process changes to MEDDPICC, forecasting, or pipeline hygiene).
  • Build and maintain structured project documentation (e.g. briefs, task boards, timelines, stakeholder lists, risk logs).
  • Provide consistent updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, on project progress and milestones.
  • Roll up sleeves to unblock any dependencies and blockers in on-time project delivery.
  • Stand up ad hoc tiger teams for urgent GTM issues and special projects from leadership.

Operating Cadence

  • Drive the GTM Excellence team’s internal operating rhythm, including weekly team meetings, monthly reporting, and quarterly planning.
  • Ensure accountability on deliverables and act as the connective tissue between project owners and leadership.
  • Facilitate quarterly GTM Excellence program retrospectives on what’s working, blockers, learnings, etc.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with RevOps, Product Marketing, Enablement, and IT/Systems teams to operationalize GTM priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted project partner to GTM leaders and market-facing teams.
  • Facilitate discussions and debate between cross-functional stakeholders to drive toward execution decisions.

Change Management & GTM Communications

  • Coordinate pre-launch readiness plans (e.g. training, collateral, CRM updates, workflows) for new offerings.
  • Support change management and communication strategies for key rollouts.
  • Own internal comms (email, Slack, All Hands) for GTM Excellence project rollouts.
  • Build comms plans for process/tool/policy changes, aligned with GTM release calendar.
  • Partner with the Enablement programs team to embed change messaging into onboarding and learning content.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, business operations, or GTM operations roles (e.g. RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops).
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes (e.g. pipeline generation, sales stages, enablement, CRM hygiene, handoffs).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Notion, Airtable, Asana, Monday.com) and GTM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, Outreach).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Experience with AI tools or platforms and interest in AI-driven productivity.

WHY JOIN US

  • You'll be at the heart of how Wiz scales its high-performing GTM motion from product to platform selling.
  • You’ll partner with top-tier sales, marketing, and operations leaders in a hyper-growth environment.
