The Role
As a Field Account Executive at weavix, you’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with decision-makers at some of the world’s largest and most profitable industries. You will own the full sales cycle — from generating and qualifying leads to closing deals — while also leveraging inbound opportunities. You’ll operate in a hybrid motion: executing efficient deals at the site level and expanding those wins into multi-site and enterprise-level opportunities.

This is a high-impact role for a consultative seller who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is fluent in the operational outcomes that matter most to industrial leaders and their frontline teams.

Key Focus:

  • Identify, pursue, and win new client relationships
  • Drive consultative solution sales cycles with prospects and thoroughly understand their needs, goals, and challenges
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through close.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with site-level stakeholders and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Insightfully map organizations and build relationships across prospect accounts
  • Fluently articulate the Weavix value proposition in a compelling and effective way
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly/yearly sales quotas, activity targets and pipeline goals
  • Accurately forecast, manage pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM discipline with accurate tracking of opportunity stage, use case, purchase timeframe, next steps, and forecast updates (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client success.
  • Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance client acquisition.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3–6+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (industrial tech a plus).
  • Experience selling into manufacturing environments, ideally to plant managers, operations leaders and executive level.
  • Strong consultative sales approach, with the ability to connect technical solutions to operational outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success selling to mid-market or large accounts, with multi-site potential.
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
  • Resilient, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales tools such as Gong, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deals and timelines.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40-60% to client sites, industry events, and team meetings.
