After securing tier-one enterprise customers in the automotive and industrial sector and establishing a strong strategic partner ecosystem (including EY, T-Systems, EDAG, MHP, Grid Dynamics, NVIDIA, Microsoft), we are entering the next phase: Scaling enterprise sales and partner-led growth - with IPO readiness in mind. What you will own
1. Enterprise Sales Strategy & Execution
- Winning large, multi-year enterprise platform agreements
- Establishing Wandelbots as a strategic IT–OT platform provider at board level
- Scaling revenue through a hybrid direct + ecosystem-led GTM model
- Creating predictable, repeatable enterprise growth aligned with IPO standards

What you will own
1. Enterprise Sales Strategy & Execution
- Build and lead the enterprise sales organization for Europe (with future global expansion in mind)
- Own CxO-level engagement (Production, Operations, Finance, Digital, IT)
- Driveplatform-first selling, not project or feature selling
- Establish and execute consultative, value-based sales motions
- Lead complex sales cycles (12–24 months) from strategic alignment to framework agreements
- Ensure every engagement is designed for scale, expansion, and long-term ARR
- Own and elevate enterprise-grade business case creation
- Translate Physical AI and IT–OT platforms into:
- P&L impact
- Cost, efficiency, and flexibility gains
- Risk reduction and capital efficiency
- Ensure Wandelbots is consistently positioned as aboard-relevant investment, not an operational tool
- Build and manage ahigh-impact partner ecosystem, including:
- Consulting & transformation partners (e.g. EY, MHP)
- Technology partners (e.g. NVIDIA, Microsoft)
- Delivery and managed services partners (e.g. EDAG, GridDynamics, T-Systems)
- Define rules of engagement between direct sales and partner-led motions
- Enable partners to scale delivery without losing platform integrity
- Turn partnerships into anon-linear growth lever, not a services dependency
- Hire, coach, and develop senior enterprise sellers and partner leaders
- Establish scalable sales governance, forecasting, and deal quality standards
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Project Delivery, Product, and Finance
- Build a revenue engine that stands up to:
- Public-market proven
- Enterprise procurement rigor
- Long-term valuation narratives
