As Director of Data Science & Analytics, you will set the analytical direction for the entire Help Experience domain, influencing how Vinted scales community support across Europe and beyond. You will do this by leading a team of 10+ data specialists, including managers and individual contributors. You will also work with other Data Science & Analytics leaders across Vinted to drive functional excellence.

• Set and deliver the data strategy that ensures support is both high-quality and cost-efficient at marketplace scale
• Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities for member experience and scalability
• Champion experimentation culture (A/B testing, causal inference, etc.) across the domain
• Grow and lead a team of decision scientists, data scientists, analytics engineers, and managers

• Demonstrated experience leading teams (ideally 10+ members)
• Track record of coaching leaders/managers and senior ICs
• Demonstrated experience leveraging data for business value and impact
• Deep technical knowledge of up-to-date analytical/data science tools and methodologies
• Experience working in a tech company
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent written and spoken English

The salary range for this position is € 7,333 - € 9,917 gross per month.
