Information about the position
We’re looking for a Marketing AI/Automation Project Manager to help supercharge our GenAI initiatives and guide our marketing workflows into the next era.
This full-time, 6-month contract role will act as the central project lead for our AI program—bridging strategy, execution, and adoption. You’ll work across production, content, strategy, and tech partners to explore tools, manage pilots, build workflows, and lay the operational foundations for scalable AI integration.
Your mission will be to bring structure, focus, and momentum to our AI efforts—testing what’s possible today while setting the stage for tomorrow.
In this position, you’ll
Tool Research & Evaluation
- Scout, assess, and recommend AI tools to enhance creative and operational workflows.
- Stay up-to-date on developments in GenAI, marketing tech, and creative applications.
- Collaborate with team leads to evaluate tools for fit, impact, and usability.
- Help assess tools and use cases that could be scaled beyond Brand into performance-driven or retention marketing workflows.
Sprint & Test Management
- Partner with designers, writers, and strategists to improve ideation and production through AI integration.
- Partner with Growth Marketing and CRM/Marketing Automation teams to identify shared AI opportunities, such as campaign personalisation, lead scoring, or automated content generation for lifecycle communications.
- Manage and/or enable AI-driven solutions for content generation, automation, and data analysis to optimize creative processes.
- Set up and coordinate AI pilots—embedded in campaigns or as standalone experiments.
- Define test parameters, manage timelines, and gather outcomes.
- Track and report performance insights to guide iterative learning and broader adoption.
Knowledge Management & Reporting
- Educate and assist creative teams in adopting and effectively using AI-powered applications, stay informed on AI trends, and organize quarterly workshops and learning sessions at a cross-team level.
- Develop and maintain guidelines and best practices for AI usage within the Brand team.
- Document and share learnings from creative AI pilots that may benefit targeting, segmentation, or automated testing.
- Aggregate and Analyze Performance Metrics to provide cohesive reporting and extract insights for continuous improvement.
- Organize cross-team workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster AI literacy and creative experimentation.
About you
- You have 5-7 years of experience in marketing with 2+ years of experience with AI tools, creative operations, or digital innovation projects.
- Strong project management skills; able to bring clarity and drive momentum across multiple workstreams
- Passionate about new technologies and how they can transform creative and operational work
- You’re familiar with AI applications across various stages of the marketing funnel; from creative ideation to content delivery, performance measurement, and automation.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- You’re familiar with tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Airtable, or similar—and eager to explore new ones.
- You’re a strong communicator and natural collaborator, comfortable operating across functions.
