Our Vintern programme offers a unique opportunity to dive into the professional world with our industry-leading teams. This initiative is designed not just to bolster your resume with impactful work experience, but also to enhance your interpersonal skills through collaborative projects with fellow Vinterns. Here’s a glimpse of what to expect:

  • Hands-On Work Experience: Spend 85% of your time working closely with your team, contributing to meaningful projects and gaining insights from experienced professionals.

The programme extends from July 1st to September 5th. To maximise the benefits of the Vintern programme, successful applicants must be available for the entire duration.

In the first week, all interns are invited to our HQ in Vilnius for communal onboarding. It's a fantastic way to meet everyone and get a feel for our culture.

Information about the position

As an intern, you will be supporting the Risk & Compliance Team with its day-to-day activities, focusing among others, on Policy Management, Tax evasion and human rights, and ethics related projects. However, you will have an opportunity to choose from a few projects based on your interest and strengths - and be responsible for completion of the project with the support from the Ethics & Compliance Manager. This flexibility will allow you to explore different areas of compliance and gain hands-on experience in topics that align with your career goals.

In this position, you’ll

  • Learn how compliance frameworks operate in corporate environments, as well as to manage your own project.
  • Develop research and analytical skills by working on regulatory topics and supporting the creation of compliance policies and processes. As well as Project Management skills.
  • Support the Risk & Compliance team in its day-to-day activities, including drafting reports, monitoring regulatory developments, and assisting with compliance assessments.
  • Help drive ethical business practices by contributing to projects that promote transparency and accountability.
  • Assists cross-functional collaboration with teams across the organisation to ensure alignment with compliance standards.
