Your Career
As a Sales Development Representative at Veriti, you will be at the forefront of our sales and marketing efforts. This dynamic role is crucial in driving our sales pipeline, executing impactful demos, and bringing new business to Veriti. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and demonstrating the value of our innovative solutions to clients.
Your Impact
- Lead Qualification: Efficiently direct Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to the appropriate sales teams, prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
- Product Demos: Conduct engaging and informative product demos to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Veriti’s solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies, optimize lead generation efforts, and execute field marketing initiatives.
- CRM Management: Document all activities and interactions in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot and Salesforce) to ensure accurate tracking, follow-up, and pipeline management.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, results, and market trends to the Business Development Manager.
Your Experience
- Proven experience in sales development, business development, or similar roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, particularly in cybersecurity, and the ability to communicate them effectively to various stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls and email campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot and Salesforce) and MS Excel for tracking and analyzing sales metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; military experience welcomed.
