We currently operate in Israel, the USA, and Europe and are rapidly expanding.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for all the deployment and onboarding of the account
- Become the customer advocate at Veriti, collaborating with our Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Act as the first and second line of support for Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and external customers.
- Assist with customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to issues related to cyber security products and services.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting documents
- create and maintain playbooks for the CSM
- Set the SLAs for support tickets and update them in our offering to the customers
Requirements
Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor.
If you don’t have nearly enough experience or do not have all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.
- Minimum of two years of experience in cyber security roles.
- Hands-on experience with Check Point / Palo Alto / Fortinet / Cisco firewalls is essential.
- Experience in incident response, security analysis, and troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proven ability to prioritize and execute
Nice to Have:
- Experience with EDR, SSE, ZTNA, and other advanced Cyber Technologies
- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
Work Environment:
This position may require participation in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours support. The candidate should be adaptable to a rapidly evolving threat landscape and be willing to stay updated on the latest cyber security trends and technologies.
