Sales & Customer Success Operations Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Success Operations Analyst to support our UK Sales and Customer Success teams. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer retention by providing actionable insights, maintaining accurate CRM data, and optimizing processes.Position Description:
- Renewals & Retention (25%) – Manage the renewal pipeline, standardize churn tracking, and monitor retention metrics (logo, revenue, cohort).
- Customer Health & Expansion Insights (20%) – Build and maintain customer health scorecards, flag at-risk accounts, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to support CSMs.
- Sales Pipeline & Forecasting (25%) – Monitor opportunity quality, sales hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health for UK Sales.
- Sales Performance Analytics (15%) – Track sales velocity, cycle analysis, variance, and deal performance to improve predictability.
- Operational Excellence (15%) – Standardize reporting and dashboards, ensure Salesforce data integrity, automate processes, and optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Strong analytical and Excel/CRM skills (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and retention metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
