What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in business or systems analysis, with at least 3 years in Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities and standard data model
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional designs and user stories
  • Experience working closely with developers and understanding technical constraints
  • Experience building with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, security model)
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Past leadership exposure

Bonus Skills

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., App Builder, Administrator, Advanced Administrator)
  • Experience with complex sales processes and GTM tools (Marketo, Radian6, LeanData)
  • Experience working in large, global Salesforce implementations
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity

What you'll get

  • Unlimited paid time off, 12 paid holidays, plus 4 extra global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares
