About the Role
As an Executive Assistant at Veeam, you’ll be the right hand to our senior leaders, ensuring their days run smoothly and efficiently. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, acting as a trusted gatekeeper, problem solver, and communication hub. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enabling executive productivity and supporting team success.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics for executives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and communications, ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Support event planning, logistics, and meeting coordination.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Track key deliverables and drive completion of outstanding items.
  • Perform general office management and administrative tasks as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience supporting high-level executives, ideally in the technology sector.
  • Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Proactive approach—able to anticipate needs and adjust plans in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to collaborate, prioritize, multi-task, and follow through.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Clear and results-oriented written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, especially when handling sensitive information.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with event planning and logistics.
  • Understanding of financial concepts and metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with executive support in a global or multicultural environment.
