We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting top technical professionals for Veeam products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle in RDT team from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to design and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Oversee job postings in Greenhouse ATS to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct regular market analysis and prepare weekly recruitment progress reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align recruitment goals with business needs

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in managing full-cycle technical recruitment for IT positions
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and advanced sourcing tools
  • Strong understanding of current IT recruitment trends and market challenges
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English for global collaboration
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and candidate care
