About the Role
Veeam Software is seeking a highly driven Partner Enablement Program Manager – GSIs to strengthen and scale our Global System Integrator (GSI) ecosystem in India. In this role, you will design and deliver high-impact partner enablement programs that build technical readiness, improve win rates, and accelerate partner-led growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies to ensure partners are fully equipped to position, sell, and deliver Veeam solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute structured, scalable partner enablement programs aligned with Veeam’s product strategy, GTM priorities, and India GSI business objectives
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enablement initiatives such as workshops, bootcamps, webinars, and technical readiness tracks in collaboration with the COE Director and SE teams
- Strengthen partner technical capabilities by providing hands-on support during RFP cycles, influencing deal win rates and reducing turnaround time
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Channel, Alliances, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive enablement experiences
- Manage and maintain enablement assets including training content, labs, curricula, playbooks, and RFP toolkits
- Identify partner capability gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to mature the GSI ecosystem
- Drive partner readiness for new product releases and solution enhancements
- Track and report enablement KPIs, partner engagement, performance metrics, and ROI
- Engage directly with partner teams through onsite workshops, technical deep dives, and real-world solution demonstrations
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in Partner Enablement, Partner Programs, or Technical Program Management
- Strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery, cloud data protection, and/or infrastructure and security technologies
- Proven experience working with Global System Integrators or large partner organizations
- Demonstrated ability to design and run scalable, high-impact enablement programs
- Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder and cross-functional management capabilities
- Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and metrics to measure program success
- Bachelor’s degree required

- MBA or Program Management certification
- Experience supporting RFP responses, technical positioning, and competitive differentiation
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, partner-ready messaging
- Experience operating across regions and coordinating globally distributed teams
