About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will proactively source, attract and engage exceptional talent for Veeam across the SEAK region. Partnering closely with our senior leadership team, you will build trusted partnerships and provide exceptional recruitment advice primarily across our sales business units, ensuring alignment with our business goals and ambitions now and into the future.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including; maintaining our ATS, writing job ads, interview scheduling, interviewing, sourcing, screening and guiding candidates through our recruitment process, reference checking, offer approval and contract generation. You will ensure candidate and customer-focused recruitment service delivery excellence across the entire hiring cycle, applying exceptional process and project management to enable effective and cost-efficient recruitment service. Acting as an advocate of our company values, you'll help articulate Veeam's employer brand, positioning us as a great place to work.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Proven success in recruitment within IT industries with a deep understanding of the market.
- The ability to leverage various sourcing channels to attract diverse talent (including social and professional networks), as well as build, manage and maintain talent pools.
- Are confident coaching and up-skilling hiring managers in best practice talent acquisition, assessment and selection techniques.
- Understand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
- Highly organised, process-driven and able to manage the end to end aspects of the role.
- Act as a role model to influence hiring managers on our diversity agenda.
- Be resilient, enjoy ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Experience with HR tools and processes
- End-to-end recruiting experience
- Proven success in previous positions
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications
- Sector-specific long-term experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment
- Be fluent in English (verbally and written).
Bonus Skills
- Able to speak Mandarin and any other Asian language is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates
- Strategic understanding of staffing tools and electronic job boards
- Prior knowledge of operating various applicant tracking systems is an added advantage
- Ability to effectively, collaboratively, and proactively work as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with widely diverse personalities
