About this role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter with 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, specializing in the identification, engagement, and placement of top-tier VP and SVP level talent. This role is responsible for managing the entire executive search lifecycle and partnering closely with senior leadership to execute effective talent acquisition strategies for mission-critical leadership roles.

What you’ll do
- Lead and manage full-lifecycle executive search processes for VP and SVP level positions, both in the US and abroad, including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding readiness.
- Partner with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to develop position specifications and create targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of executive-level candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and leveraging industry relationships.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate leadership capabilities, cultural fit, and functional proficiency.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
- Advise hiring managers and interview panels on best practices for executive recruitment, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence for executive talent.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, with a focus on VP and SVP level placements. Technology-industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing full-cycle executive search processes within a dynamic environment that values adaptability and balance.
- Strong collaborative communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
- Deep knowledge of executive search methodologies, assessment tools, and talent mapping.
- A process-oriented mindset that leverages data to develop pipeline and funnel metrics that enable data-driven decision making and reporting.
- A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- An enthusiasm for building new processes creating a world-class candidate experience.
- Experience leveraging ATS and CRM systems for executive recruiting.

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
