Generalist Hacker & Outreach Coordinator

Own every admin, ops, and outreach task that doesn’t directly require the founder’s voice.

What you will do:

Buy Time - use LLMs across the board including GTM, sales, and ops.

Inbox & Calendar Triage – sort, label, draft replies; book 30‑plus meetings/week

CRM & Lead Admin – enter call notes, update stages, trigger HubSpot & Clay automations

Outbound Execution – load prospect lists, launch email/LinkedIn sequences, send connection requests, personalize first lines

Warm‑Intro Orchestration – pull contacts from investors/customers; draft forwardable emails; track referrals until meeting booked

Relationship Nurture – schedule quarterly “thank‑you” notes, gift cards, event invites; log touchpoints in CRM

Travel & Ops – flights/hotels, expense reports, one‑off research

Must‑Haves

• 2+ yrs supporting a founder / GTM team

• Proven hands‑on with HubSpot sequences, Apollo or ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Clay, Zapier.

• You think outside the box, creative, and can crank 50 personalized touches in a morning without typos.

• Fast, crisp written English—five‑line email in minutes.

• Fanatical detail orientation; calendars and data hygiene are sacred
