About the role

We're looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead the execution and orchestration of high-impact, multi-channel demand generation campaigns to support our pipeline and revenue goals. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of digital strategy, agency management, and demand generation execution.
You'll manage the development and execution of all growth related programs (including events, webinars, digital & paid programs). You’ll act as the point person for our agency partners, taking the lead on our AEO/GEO & SEO strategy, digital programs, and website initiatives. You will translate strategy into scalable campaign execution, leveraging AI to drive efficiency, optimization, and measurable pipeline growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Orchestration: Plan, execute, and report on multi-channel campaigns including events, webinars and paid digital programs (including paid search & paid social).
  • Agency Management: Act as the primary liaison with our agency partners, supporting the management and execution of our paid digital & web initiatives and ensuring they’re delivering strong ROI and meeting agreed-upon KPIs.
  • GEO/SEO Strategy: Oversee and enhance our GEO & SEO strategy, working closely with our digital agency & content team to drive organic search performance and maximize conversions.
  • Website Management: Manage the performance and optimization of our website, ensuring it is aligned with best practices for user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Work closely with developers and designers to implement necessary improvements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of paid campaigns, SEO and website performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Trend Monitoring & Implementation: Stay up to date with the latest AI & marketing trends and technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to implement new strategies that drive results.

What You’ve Done

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing, specifically within start-up SaaS companies.
  • Strong expertise in managing and optimizing marketing programs, including events, webinars, paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Reddit), and SEO/AEO/GEO strategy.
  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and website management.
  • Advanced proficiency with GA4, SEO tools, and other analytics platforms.

Compensation

Specific to pay transparency laws, the annual base salary range for this position starts at $120,000 and may also include incentive pay, incentive stock options, and benefits. The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors, such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, geographic location, and other business considerations.
