As a Senior Backend Engineer, you won’t just ship features — you’ll influence architecture, drive technical decisions, and help shape how our products work together at scale.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Designing scalable shared services and integrations used across multiple products
• Solving complex engineering challenges in a modern SaaS environment
• Owning features end-to-end — from design to production
• Partnering with Product and SRE to build secure, resilient, cloud-ready systems
• Driving engineering best practices and elevating technical quality
• Mentoring engineers and contributing to a strong technical culture
• Evaluating new technologies and making smart architectural trade-offs
• Building with testing in mind — automation is part of how we ship, not an afterthought

What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Strong background in C#/.NET or another OO language
• Proven ability to design systems, not just implement tickets
• Experience with CI/CD and modern development practices
• Solid understanding of auth, data modeling, and system interactions
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning ideas into working solutions
• Team-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive
• Fluent English
