About the Role
Tricentis is seeking a Director of Global Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our global hiring strategy across Go-To-Market (GTM) functions and Corporate teams. This leader will play a critical role in enabling Tricentis’ growth by attracting top talent and partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Growth, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, as well as Finance, Legal, People, IT, and other corporate functions.
Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, this role will partner closely with executive leadership to design, execute, and continuously optimize a high-impact, data-driven talent acquisition function that supports Tricentis’ global expansion.
This role is located in Austin, TX off of Southwest Parkway. Tricentis works in a hybrid model with employees required to be in the office a total of 3 days a week, including Fridays.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Talent Advisory
- Own and execute the global talent acquisition strategy aligned to Tricentis’ business goals and growth plans.
- Serve as the primary TA business partner to GTM and Corporate executive leaders, advising on workforce planning, hiring strategies, and market insights as well as raising new ideas and approaches.
- Successfully drive collaboration and productive conflict with executives and leaders when developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, and identifying and closing candidates.
Delivery
- Oversee hiring for global GTM roles, including Sales, Solution Architecture, Customer Growth, Professional Services, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Partner with GTM leadership to anticipate hiring needs tied to pipeline growth, product launches, and geographic expansion.
- Ensure consistent assessment of commercial talent aligned with Tricentis’ sales motion and customer-centric culture.
- Oversee hiring strategies for Corporate functions, including Finance, Legal, People, IT, Support, and Executive hiring.
- Balance speed, rigor, and long-term talent planning for both specialized and leadership roles.
Team Leadership
- Lead a global and geographically dispersed team of 6 recruiters (2 AMS, 2 EMEA, 2 APAC)
- Establish clear performance metrics, inspection mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Foster a culture of accountable ownership, continuous learning, disciplined action, adaptability, collaboration, and belief in ambitious results.
Operational Excellence
- Build scalable hiring models to support rapid growth across regions while maintaining quality and speed.
- Optimize recruiting processes, tools, and systems to deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure performance against goals, forecast needs, and drive decisions.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Total Rewards, People Operations and Marketing to execute day-to-day and collaborate on opportunities for continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ Years experience in Talent Acquisition as both a recruiter and a recruiting leader
- 5+ Years experience hiring across GTM (required) and Corporate functions (nice to have)
- 4+ Years experience in a high-growth, technology or SaaS environment.
- 4+ Years experience managing recruiters.
- Demonstrable experience in:
- leading a TA team with global delivery responsibility
- GTM stakeholder management and reporting
- driving activity and efficiency through both qualitative and quantitative insights
- Experience establishing hiring process best practices, with some experience leading enablement sessions and content for hiring teams and associated partners.
