Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design process for major components of our enterprise software products. You will drive design strategy, mentor junior designers, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience across the product line. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of UX principles.
Candidate Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex projects.
Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience in leading user research and usability testing.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
Understanding of enterprise software design challenges and best practices.
Typical Role Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for major features or components of the product.
Conduct advanced user research and usability studies to guide design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions.
Mentor junior designers and provide feedback during design critiques.
Drive the development and improvement of the design system.

Leading the design of a complex workflow for enterprise clients.
Conducting in-depth user research to understand user needs and inform product roadmaps.
Developing a consistent user experience across multiple products within the enterprise suite.
