What you’ll be doing:
Tricentis is experiencing tremendous growth, and we are expanding our Global Alliances team to further accelerate our ever-growing partnership ecosystem. The Alliances Director is an important role, and the ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering new business growth through the largest Global System Integrators across critical practices such as Quality Engineering, SAP, Oracle, and Workday. This person will be a dynamic leader who has experience in playing a leading role with both strategic partnerships and sales executives. Tricentis is looking for a person who can grow with the company as we continue to expand.
Job Description:
Responsible for leading GTM partnership efforts with 1-2 named Global System Integrators (GSIs), which will include Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, IBM, TCS, and/or Wipro.
Responsible for working across key strategic practices such as Quality Engineering, SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
Responsible for working cross functionally across the various GSIs practices, client partners, and Tricentis GTM teams inclusive of sales, regional partner managers, etc.
Evangelize Tricentis solutions within the GSI landscape to generate net new revenues within their existing and prospective clientele base (sell-to, sell-with and sell-through co-sales strategies).
Executive relationship with named GSIs, managing QBRs, and monthly executive updates
Build holistic GTM strategy with named GSI partners inclusive of joint marketing (content, webinars, etc.), embedded reference architecture, product and services alignment, etc.
Maintain and manage forecasting within Salesforce
Achieve and Exceed quota
Qualifications
8-10 years of relevant strategic partner or channels experience
Prior experience managing partnerships on a global level with Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, IBM, TCS, and/or Wipro is required.
Proven success in developing and managing strategic partnerships on a regional scale across matrixed organizations.
Direct experience with key practice areas within named GSIs including Quality Engineering, SAP, Oracle, and/or Workday.
Background in software, SaaS, ERPs, DevOps, Application Development, Migration Services, etc.
Strong vertical experience especially across regulated industries (BFSI, HLS, etc.)
Ability to create and cultivate relationships with strategic decision makers across global regions Americas, EMEA, and APAC
Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills and a high degree of comfort with large and small audiences
Self-motivated, resourceful, creative, adaptable, unquestionable ethics and integrity and a readiness to take calculated risks
Inclusive and collaborative driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
Bachelor's degree required
