We are looking for a smart and driven Software Engineer to join our fast-growing engineering team. You will be working on AI-powered native test management solution that helps QA, development, product teams, and the business be always in sync.

As a lead software engineer, you will help drive the technical decision making in the team, solve the hard problems, and bring creative novel ideas into the mix.

What you will do:

• Collaborate within and across the teams to design and develop a fit for purpose solution
• Help build the next generation of test management solution
• Design and implement new cloud microservices in .NET
• Review code of your teammates and actively share your knowledge
• Work closely with product management, UX and DevOps teams

Who you are:

• 7+ years of software development experience in .NET/C#
• Experience working in and succeeding as agile development team
• Proven experience in producing high-quality code and implementing engineering best practices
• Hands-on experience working with RDMS systems (MSSQL/Postgres/MySQL)
• Hands-on experience working with NoSQL DB (MongoDB/Cassandra/DynamoDB)
• Good experience with API/microservices development

The following are considered a plus:

• Experience with React or similar technology
• Experience with the Forge platform
• Experience with cloud platform (preferably AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with browser inner-workings
• Knowledge of test management domain
• Hands-on experience creating or maintaining CI/CD pipelines
