About the role

The BDR Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting BDRs (Business Development Representatives) and Sales to build pipeline by ensuring an optimized lead management process.

This role will be responsible for managing users as well as some analytics and training for our tech stack in addition to creating dashboards and reports for our BDR teams in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the technical lead for various software platforms including SalesLoft and Lusha.
  • Review SalesLoft reporting and work with BDR leaders on areas for improvement.
  • Work with BDRs and other teams on data quality for contacts.
  • Backup support for other software platforms including LeanData.
  • Assist in investigating routing or QL issues in Salesforce.
  • Manage lead and contact views in SFDC for BDRs.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce for the various BDR teams.
  • Work with BI team to get BDR reporting created and updated in PowerBI.
  • Proactively work with Marketing and Sales operations to enable and ensure seamless integrations with our platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of industry best practice for top of funnel lead management, SFDC and sales engagement platforms a must.
  • 1-3 years of sales operations or business development operations experience.
  • Experience using LeanData a plus, experience using SalesLoft and Salesforce a must.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve timelines specific KPIs, willing to work collaboratively in a team environment in the best interest of the customer and the company.
  • Experience driving change management, new process adoption/adherence with sales teams.
  • Experience with project management software like Asana preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, facilitation and presentation techniques.
  • Proven track record to learn and develop professionally.
