We are looking for an energetic Engineering Leader who shapes and empowers multiple engineering teams to deliver on our cloud vision for continuous testing. You will empower your teams to excel in their work while holding them accountable to a high standard of engineering excellence, delivering results, and continuous growth.

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Contribute and execute the technology roadmap with peer Engineering leaders and Product Management.
• Lead AI-driven innovation, incorporating agentic AI capabilities into product features.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to align engineering initiatives with business goals to realize high growth goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement and encouraging teams to adopt modern technologies and techniques.

Engineering Execution & Delivery

• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring high quality and predictability.

• Drive continuous improvements in architecture, infrastructure, and code quality.

• Partner with engineering peers to drive best practices for agile development, DevOps, and CI/CD to improve engineering efficiency.

Team Development & Growth

• Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent.

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration within the engineering organization.

Technical & Product Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Management to define and prioritize the engineering roadmap.

• Partner with Security and SRE teams to ensure system stability and security.

• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and market trends.

• Partner with AI research teams and data scientists to integrate AI-driven functionalities into the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing SaaS products.

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation and intelligent agent systems (e.g., reinforcement learning, generative AI, autonomous decision-making models).

• Strong technical background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and modern programming languages.

• Experience with MLOps, AI model lifecycle management, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise software.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate AI capabilities into business value for diverse stakeholders.
