About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager – Fraud Prevention with 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or risk platforms.

👉 This role is about building the fraud prevention practice for non-financial institutions inside the Mosaic platform — officially launching product programs end-to-end, from GTM enablement through strategy to a whole new feature set.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping Mosaic’s fraud offering, working cross-functionally to build solutions for emerging verticals such as eCommerce, fintech, telco, and travel.

This role will report directly to the VP of Product.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and drive product strategy for Mosaic’s fraud prevention offering for non FSIs—spanning real-time detection and advanced offline analysis and investigation tooling spanning risk and fraud across the entire consumer lifecycle: from account signup to guest checkout.
  • Own the full lifecycle: From feature design to GTM launch, including enablement content, sales tools, and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, AI teams, Sales, and Customer Success to align product features with market needs.
  • Manage vendor integrations, evaluating fraud detection partners and building plug-and-play capabilities to accelerate customer deployments.
  • Analyze fraud data and metrics, using insights to inform model improvements, feature prioritization, and ROI.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and define Mosaic’s positioning and differentiation strategy.
  • Educate and enable GTM teams, ensuring consistent messaging and value-based positioning for customers.

What you’ll need:

  • 7+ years as a Product Manager in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, risk management, or closely related domains.
  • Proven expertise in B2B or B2B2C verticals (eCommerce, fintech, telco, travel, etc.) with an understanding of industry-specific fraud threats.
  • Experience with fraud detection techniques, including ML-based scoring, rule engines, behavioral analytics, device fingerprinting, and anomaly detection.
  • Data-driven mindset and proficiency in leveraging analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to articulate complex fraud prevention capabilities in a compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to market trends and competitor strategies.
