How You’ll Drive Success

1. Compliance Monitoring and Audits:
   • Participate in regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations such as GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC2, ISO-27001 and other standards.
2. Policy Development and Documentation:
   • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
   • Document workflows, security policies, and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
   • Ensure compliance with access management rules for information resources.
3. Training and Awareness:
   • Provide compliance training programs for employees.
   • Promote awareness of cybersecurity regulations across teams.
4. Collaboration and Reporting:
   • Work closely with IT operations, legal teams, and other departments to integrate compliance into existing processes.
   • Track compliance metrics and report findings to senior management.
   • Prepare for regulatory inspections and third-party audits.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Stay updated on evolving cybersecurity regulations, standards, and best practices.
   • Identify areas for improvement in compliance processes and recommend enhancements.

What makes you the perfect fit

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC2, NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Experience with risk management
• Technical experience with Linux environments, AWS cloud infrastructure, LDAP systems, or similar technologies is a plus, but not required.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess risks and identify gaps in compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView We also love users who become teammates!
