As a Senior Instructional Designer at Torq, you will play a critical role in driving internal product enablement across the company. You will design and deliver training programs that equip Torq employees - including Marketing, Field, Support, and Sales with the deep product knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Your work will ensure that internal teams are prepared to support, position, and operationalize new features and product releases with confidence. This role is essential for aligning our teams with the product roadmap, accelerating readiness for customer-facing interactions, and strengthening Torq’s business impact from the inside out.
What You’ll Be Doing ?
- Develop and deliver internal product enablement training that equips Torq employees (Marketing, Field, Product, and R&D) with deep knowledge of the Torq platform and business value.
- Prepare internal teams for customer-facing interactions by creating training that enables them to support, position, and operationalize new features and product releases.
- Work closely with multiple subject matter experts (SMEs) across departments to gather knowledge, validate accuracy, and transform inputs into effective learning content - often under tight timelines.
- Translate complex, highly technical product concepts into clear, engaging learning materials tailored to different internal audiences.
- Continuously update internal training to reflect new product releases and roadmap changes.
- Assess knowledge adoption, collect feedback, and iterate content to maximize business impact.
What Should You Bring to The Table?
- Strong ability to simplify and teach complex, highly technical product concepts.
- 3–4 years of experience in instructional design, product training, or enablement (preferably in a SaaS/tech company).
- High technical orientation – comfortable working with advanced platforms, architectures, and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in cybersecurity - significant advantage.
- Proficiency with eLearning and enablement tools (Articulate, Camtasia, LMS, Jira, Notion, etc.).
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality training in a fast-paced environment.
