Context of the role

The Network Partner Team is responsible for the growth of our Global Payments Network, Quality of Service, and Partner Relationship Management. You will be part of a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and the exchange of ideas.

The Senior Associate, Network Commercialisation is based in Singapore and will report to the VP, Network Strategy and Commercialisation. This is a horizontal role cutting across the globe and working closely with the Network team across Americas, APAC, Europe, MENA and Africa regions

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales enablement: Create, update and publish network assets and collaterals for sales enablement - including monthly coverage updates, country factsheets, internal and external network catalogs for sales and marketing teams to use with prospects and customers
  • Network Tools: Oversee the management & maintenance of the internal network tools, ensuring network information is accurate and up-to-date for the broader organization to reference
  • Network Account Management: Work with key partners to ensure that Thunes’ customers follow the requisite approval process balancing regulatory, commercial, and internal needs to secure necessary approvals. Review and approve customers onboarding checks from the Network perspective to prevent non-compliant traffic through our system
  • Cross-functional Initiatives: Collaborate with Treasury, Implementation and Network partners to automate network processes related to treasury operations and reconciliation
  • Project Management: Lead network deliverables & optimisation initiatives as needed (e.g., business payments optimisation, statement of accounts (SoA) for audit purposes etc.)
  • Support the broader Network Team by providing project management and cross-functional support as required

Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the international B2B cross-border payments industry, preferably in sales enablement and/or network operations role with a multi-regional experience
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple concurrent initiatives and a strong can-do attitude.
  • Proven ability to assess, design, and implement processes and SOPs to improve efficiency and minimise manual interventions in network activities.
  • Detail-oriented with the right sense of urgency, especially when engaging with network partners and customers
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels in a multicultural and global environment.
  • Essentials: Advanced Microsoft office skills, proficiency with Google Suite
